Juvenile Crimes
When it comes to juvenile crimes, Bond Law Legal Group takes a compassionate and proactive approach. We understand the importance of protecting the future of our youth. We advocate for fair treatment and second chances for juvenile offenders. We refuse to negotiate plea deals that include the juvenile receiving a strike as it would unfairly impact the young person's future. If a juvenile cannot vote, drink, gamble, or enter a legally binding contract, they should not be permitted nor enticed to take a plea deal with a strike, just to resolve the current case they are dealing with. Instead, we strive to provide personalized attention and guidance to ensure that their rights are protected. If your child is facing juvenile charges, contact us today for the advocacy and support you need.

Dependency Matters
Juvenile Dependency court hearings are initiated when the social worker from the Children & Family Services Department files a petition with the court. The petition ordinarily alleges abuse or neglect against the child(ren) and the county is considering removing the child from the custody of the parent(s). Bond Law Legal Group takes great care to represent the parent’s interest to reunite the family and ensure the parent’s rights are protected. (Dependency proceedings in California are governed by Welfare and Institutions Code §300)
